All sales are final. Because of the direct-access nature of what’s offered here, I don’t offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any purchase.

Privacy

This site is built on Wix, which hosts it and handles its forms, store, and checkout. Here’s what’s collected and how it’s used.

What’s collected

• Free resource signups: your email address, and your first name if you choose to share it.
• Email updates: only if you tick the box to receive them.
• Orders: the details needed to fulfill and ship your order, such as your name, shipping address, and email. Payments are processed by Wix and its payment providers; I don’t see or store your full card details.
• Messages: anything you choose to send when you get in touch.
• Site usage: Wix may use cookies and similar technology to run the site and measure basic site traffic.

How it’s used

Your information is used to send the resources you asked for, fulfill orders, reply to messages, and, if you opted in, send occasional emails. It isn’t sold or rented to anyone.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link in any email. To ask what information is held about you, or to have it corrected or deleted, contact kozeylife@gmail.com.

Children

This site is meant for adults and isn’t directed to children under 13.
